Just like its definition, Slant is nothing ordinary. All members come from various cultural backgrounds and life experiences that influence their unique form of rock. Mix together cultures from Bangladesh, Mexico, and America, then add musical inspiration from Tool, System of a Down, Deftones, and Nirvana, the result is Slant.

Call Slant modern rock, hard rock, power rock, progressive, or alternative; they are giving us all a taste of their perspectives on the world through "music." Slant’s powerful singles “Broken Wings” and “All I’m Good For” received nationwide radio play since their release and the popular track “Lying and Bleeding” was licensed in the Lionsgate Film “Beatdown” and PS3/Xbox video game "MMA Supremacy." April 2015, Slant released their 3rd full length album “Hope Created” delivering hard hitting tracks and edgy melodies.

Slant’s dedication to make creative and insightful music for their fans has landed them recognition worldwide. They have traveled internationally, touring for the Armed Forces Service Members and their families throughout Europe. Stateside, Slant has performed throughout the West Coast and opened for acts such as: P.O.D (Sunset Strip Music Festival), Alien Ant Farm, Eyes Set To Kill, Buckcherry, Puddle Of Mudd, Powerman 5000, Hed PE, & Hoobastank.
