I hired Johnny for a 1980s themed party 2 weeks ago. I knew I was getting an established DJ but I was very impressed with his professionalism and attentiveness to my questions and requests. He arrived early to the event and had my guests dancing all night long. I think Johnny was happy because he ended up booking a couple extra jobs from my friends/ colleagues. I've been booking Johnny Hawkes for almost 8 years now and there aren't enough superlatives to describe just how good he in all aspects of his business. I have been the Regional Event Manager for Playboy Golf for most of the past decade and Johnny has been my main DJ for the entire run. He has headlined all of my Girls of Playboy Golf casting calls in and around Hollywood, the actual Playboy Golf tournaments which are filled with Hollywood celebrities and professional athletes, and of course our parties at the Playboy Mansion which do not need a description or introduction. What stands out most about Johnny is his professionalism along with the obvious preparation he puts into his performances. He can play anything from A-Z if you looking for a particular genre. Johnny is AWESOME -- hire him for your wedding or event! He is very responsive over email & phone, works with you to play the music you like (and his musical tastes are also on point), and comes at a great price! He did a great job DJ'ing our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception -- I very highly recommend him. Thanks again, Johnny -- everyone is still raving about our awesome wedding and what a fun party it was!! The crowd was up and dancing during dinner, and the party never stopped until midnight!
