Isaiah Gleason Bio

Isaiah Gleason has been rocking the Pacific Northwest! Armed with loads of new material to complement their new album and an amped live performance, Isaiah secures their spot as one of the top original acoustic bands hailing from Seattle.
Composed of two members: Aaron Balsley on lead guitar/harmonies and Isaiah Gleason on rhythm guitar/lead vocal, this dynamic duo mix’s modern acoustic rock with an outlaw/folk feel that can be soft enough for the smallest venue, but loud enough for the heaviest crowd! Isaiah does solo gigs as well.
Isaiah garnered accolades in 2011 with former band Riverbend by winning a local radio KZOK contest for “Best Local Band,” and was also a finalist in local television KING 5 “Best of Western Washington” five times in a row. He has fast become fan favorites in the Seattle/Everett area having shared the stage with the likes of The Presidents of the United States, Spike and The Impalers, Live, Brandie Carlile Alice in Chains and Daughtry. Aaron himself is a former lead member of Spike and The Impalers.
Venues have included: Stamp River Music Festival (Canada), Show box Sodo main stage, Show box Market, Snoqualmie Casino Ball Room, Tulalip Casino, Knitting Factory main stage LA, Showcase with Johnathan Pleeter (Creative Artist Agency) Hemp Fest Seattle main stage, Layne Staley Tribute 4 years in a row, Neumo’s, Chop Suey, Paramount theater for University of Washington, C.U.S.P, and multiple city contracts across Washington State.

While in RiverBend, Isaiah signed with Management Company Showcase Music Industries (SMI) who later became their record label EPI-Records in December 2011. "EPI-Records are very excited and proud to be a part of this project” says John Elder, President. “Isaiah is passionate and hardworking, because of that; he is destined to be successful.” Though Riverbend was a continuing success, Lead singer Isaiah Gleason decided it was time for a change and reformed the group with an acoustic but edgy rock sound reminiscent of earlier arrangements.. Though mainly solo, Isaiah plays with the help of other musicians when needed.
