Cuban/American recording artist Halston Dare is from Houston, Texas and is currently working on her debut album. With a number of singles already under her belt, at the tender age of 16, Halston is already a seasoned songwriter and has spent time working with producers in both Texas and Los Angeles.
Halston has recently been a featured guest on hit radio stations KRBE 104.1 and Univision 104.9 talking about her single STARS, which is an anthem for young girls championing gender equality in third world countries through education; a topic Halston is very passionate about.
Halston has also made a video and a charity drive called Stars For Girls which supports the cause that inspired her song that launched at the end of 2014 with the official release of her single. Her charity has aided girl’s education in Bangladesh, Honduras, El Salvador, Guatemala, Philippines, Cuba and Dominican Republic.
