Cynthia Brando is a Los Angeles "acoustic folk rock" singer songwriter and music industry guest writer. She has played notable shows at House of Blues in Hollywood, music festivals and tours across the country. She has received multiple honorable mentions for her music in the Songdoor International Songwriting Competition and In 2017, she received an honorable mention in the American Songwriter magazine Lyric Contest. In 2019, American Songwriter Magazine gave Cynthia an honorable mention in their Bob Dylan cover song contest, which produced the viral video, "Things Have Changed." Cynthia is a 2017 recipient of a Hemera Foundation Fellowship Award for her music. Her 2018 album, "The Treehouse Trio Sessions" gained positive national and international reviews. Music Connection Magazine included it in their “Top 20 Prospects of 2018” list. Cynthia received first place in the singing category in 2022 in the Topanga Banjo and Fiddle contest.
