Joe Morningstar and Cindy Welsh have been players in the local music scene for over 5 years. But they ran into a problem. No band was offering exactly what they were looking for and that is when OVERRULED was born. A beautiful mashup of punk roots and a love of catchy hit singles made them produce a sound that you just won't find anywhere else. We use a custom designed drum set that allows us to control the volume, so we can offer a full rock band sound in an area anywhere from a large arena to a small broom closet. OVERRULED is a duo that cannot be compared with any other band or artists in the Tampa Bay area, and it's not hard to find out why.
