The Black Analog is a four piece rock band from Austin, Texas. Members include Daniel Chapman (guitar and vocals), Colin Colby (lead guitar and vocals), Charles Cruz (bass guitar) and J. Alexander Blue (percussion). All four have been cutting their teeth on numerous projects around Austin and have really hit a stride with their upcoming self-titled release. This group is set apart by their ability to write melody and harmony, not specifically limited to just vocals but all across the board. Being versed in many genres of music, The Black Analog brings diverse textures and emotions to their music. It is evident that all four members are multi-instrumentalists and composers when listening to how well they compliment each other.
